Do you provide a demonstration of your products? Is it free of charge?

Yes we provide a product demo upon scheduling and confirming with us. Demo of products is free of charge.

Do you provide technical support? What are the specifics?

Mediacast Digital Group offers technical support to accommodate concerns for
troubleshooting and technicalities of the product purchased.

“MINOR” Technical concerns are as follows:
• Dead pixel. Technical personal will be trained how to change and repair the dead pixel
• Resizing of content uploading

“MAJOR” Technical concerns are as follows:
• Total shutdown of the display
• Unresolved technical problem via phone call/team view

What is the difference between Outdoor LED and Indoor LED?

Outdoor LED Wall is usually used for Advertising placements and made from Iron cabinets to withstand Outdoor Weather. While Indoor LED Wall is mostly used for Events and is made from light materials such as die-cast aluminum.

Do you provide structure needed for the installation of led?

Yes we do provide the structure for the installation of LED. Cost will be included in the quotation.

Do you provide installation and delivery of products nationwide?

Yes we do provide installation and delivery of products depending on client needs. Delivery fee will depend on the agreed costing.

How many days does it take for you to deliver the product?

Delivery of products to clients would take around 45 up to 60 days upon the receipt of PO.

Do you allow rental service for certain products?

What does pixel pitch mean?

The pixel pitch is the viewing distance from the led wall.

Do you conduct ocular inspection for placement of product?

Yes, Mediacast Digital does provide an ocular inspection on the site to have a better understanding on what product the client will be needing.

Can we purchase spare parts of your products after the warranty period?

Purchasing spare parts would also depend on the availability of item.
