How your product helped: The kiosk was another way to let guests know that this restobar is existing in sofitel. It helped them promote Snaps (Sports Bar). This is just a static type of advertisement just to inform the customers and hotel guests on what they are offering inside the venue. This ensures that guests would know what they can expect from this and not have zero knowledge of the place. This digital device has made Snaps Sports Bar noticed by the public gradually compared to before.

Bai Hotel

Area: Cebu
Product: Cayin and Software
Brand problem: No digital signage presence. Customers and guests would not be aware of the schedule for the day or upcoming days since they have to manually print and stick the schedule for the day in the different rooms.

How your product helped: Introduced a new and innovative way to engage with customers and keep them updated on the various schedules in different rooms from different locations around the hotel. An assigned customer representative will be assisting the guests in terms of informing them on the available slots that can be booked in advance. This is a more efficient and seamless way for handling the different events in the Hotel as all bookings will be centralized in one system. Since Bai has many various conference rooms, having the product makes it easier for customers and guests to determine the ongoing meeting. Cost is less since there is no need to manually print and stick the scheduled menu. Another way for them to showcase some of what services they cater such as the current promotions, deals from their restaurants, room rates and, forex from the reception area immediately.

Metrocentre Hotel

Area: Tagbilaran, Bohol
Product: LG Hospitality TVs
Brand problem: Previous TVs inside the hotel rooms were consumer type . No features such as a “welcome” greeting from the hotel management. This just served as a regular cable tv for hotel guest use whenever they want to watch television.

How your product helped: Metrocentre tapped Mediacase because they had a goal to turn the hotel into a 5-star hotel in Bohol. With this, Mediacast is an exclusive distributor of the brand LG and we were able to provide them with a hotel tv type wherein their needs would be catered. In line with this, a pro-centric server is included for the modification of the newly purchased Hospitality TVs allowing them to display personalized Welcome Greetings, Billings, Hotel Services and Amenities to their guests which did not only limit to just the average cable consumer Tv. This is also similar to Smart TVs.

Waterfront Hotel and Casino
